Personally, Lou has over fifteen years
of professional experience in mergers, acquisitions and sale of businesses. He did his first deal in 1989. Since then has worked on numerous deals ranging from a few thousand dollars to over two hundred million dollars.
Throughout his career, Lou has been involved with business transactions in nearly every industry sector.
Lou earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson College with special emphasis in Financial Analysis of small and mid-sized businesses, and earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing. Bringing these two areas together has given Lou a unique and solid foundation for valuing, packaging and marketing businesses.
Lou is licensed to handle Commercial Real Estate transactions
through Cale Commercial Realty Group, Inc. in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He also holds the advanced credentials of a Financial Recasting Consultant (FRC) and Business Transfer Specialist (BTS) for demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in these areas.
